It is located with the Turtle Stuffed Animal and Teddy Bear Stuffed Animal located in Apt B3 Bedroom on the floor on the right. (Note that Apt B3 Bedroom is accessed from Apt B4.)

This is the "friend" which Anne Marie is looking for. Bring it to the basement (with the Gasmask equipped) and place it in the empty chair at the table set on the left side.
